A precious legacy, that of two families of pork butchers and hams, the Testa and Molinaro, jealously guarded over time and revived with energetic enthusiasm by the Fantinel who still continue to ennoble one of the emblems of Friulian gastronomic excellence, the oldest brand of the San Daniele ham.
