San Daniele ham aged 18 to 20 months
Tradition, patience and respect for the spontaneous rhythms of nature. This splendid raw of San Daniele is born, without haste, of a slow ageing process that rediscovers the importance of those lunar cycles so dear and precious in the peasant world of old, and the capable hands of the butchers who choose fully-fed, GMO-free Friulian animals. The thighs, of large size, boast compact and soft meats, meat so tasty as to satisfy the senses of the most refined gourmet palates.
